Computer Networks
Level: Undergraduate Program (Bachelor of Science – BSc)
Semesters: Six (6)
Program Duration: Three Years (+ Foundation Studies)
ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
The Bachelor of Science in Computer Networks (BSc.CN) is a dynamic three-year Bachelor of Science program at Western Pacific University (WPU). It prepares and puts students on the right track to work in global cities worldwide or to work for a local company that deals in connecting and maintaining computer networks securely.
WHY STUDY THE PROGRAMME?
Using state-of-the-art network devices in our computer laboratories, students will design and configure their own networks and explore the latest developments in communication technologies.
Industry-Oriented Curriculum
Students will learn to develop and manage sophisticated computer network solutions. In addition to core computing skills, students will learn the fundamentals of networks including flexibility, scalability, and quality of service and the security implications of corporate infrastructures.
Career of the Future
Computer Science is a science of problem solving. As such, the Computer Science program helps students to master the basic skills needed to analyze a problem and design, implement, and verify a correct solution to meet the ever-changing demands of industry.
