ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Bachelor of Arts in International Business Management (BAIBM) is a dynamic three-year BA Management program offered at Western Pacific University (WPU). It prepares and puts students on the right track to work in global cities worldwide or to work for a local company that deals in worldwide trade. The program is designed to enable students to manage international business endeavors and work in both domestic and global companies.
The degree program aims to equip the students with management tools and leadership skills to start a career in any internationally operating company in a range of industries including service and consulting, retail and manufacturing; or to plan and run companies on a global scale. Students will develop competencies that will require him/her to respond proactively and creatively to contemporary business issues and face challenges of the global business market.
WHY STUDY THE PROGRAM?
Students will learn practical principles in business, finance, marketing and economics based on international models to understand a world marked by Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity (or VUCA)
Globally Competent
The students that study International Business Management will develop competences that will require students to respond proactively and creatively to contemporary business issues and face challenges of the global business market.

The program will provide graduates with the ability to bring people, processes, and technology together to achieve improved performance in domestic or international enterprises.
